John H. Pazora, DVM
Dr. Pazora grew up in Sanger, Texas. After attending and graduating from Texas Tech University in 1997, John was accepted into the College of Veterinary Medicine at Texas A&M. He graduated from Texas A&M in 2002 and moved to McKinney to practice as an associate veterinarian. Since 2002, Dr. Pazora has practiced in the McKinney/Frisco area. Having the dream of one day opening his own practice, Dr. Pazora created the Animal Hospital of Melissa and we opened our doors in September of 2007.
Dr. Pazora's professional interests include internal medicine, emergency/critical care, and orthopedic surgery. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and Texas Veterinary Medical Association.
Dr. Pazora is married to his wife Brandy and they just had their first child, a baby girl. At home they have a Laborador Retriever named Tyson and a cat named Kato, who have been adopted along the way. Dr. Pazora's other adopted cat Morgan is usually found sleeping at the front desk in the clinic. Outside of the office, Dr. Pazora enjoys sailing on Lake Texoma and bike riding. |

Stefani Day, DVM
Dr. Day was born in Connecticut, but spent most of her life in Corpus Christi Texas. In May of 1995 she earned a B.S. in Animal Science from Texas A&M University and later earned her D.V.M. from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Texas A&M. Dr. Day completed an equine internship in Goldsby, OK after graduating. She has practiced in the Allen/Melissa area for the last 6 years. Dr. Day joined our practice in August of 2010.
Dr. Day has special interests in sugery, endocrinology, emergency medicine, and client education.
At home, Dr. Day is married to her husband Travis whom she met on her internship. They have been married for 5 years and have two children; a girl and a boy. Their extended family includes 3 horses, 3 dogs, and 3 cats .
